EAT For Sale While Bunnyhop Prepares To Open

I heard from a neighbor that EAT by Pescados is up for lease or sale.

I also received a flyer for yesterday’s open house for the new Bunnyhop bike store location. I was out of town and could not attend, but if you did, please feel free to leave a comment on this post.

  1. From EAT’s FaceBook page:

Bob Windsor & Todd Manley have decided to close EAT by pescados china street. Our last meal was served today, August 4th at our Sunday brunch.
After a fun & successful run with their eclectic seafood offering, both want to focus their attention on other ventures.
Bob on the new Boo’s Brown Bag, a small cafe by VCU & his mainstay, Bob Windsor Construction.
Todd on expanding his Pescados brand with his Pescados Midlothian partners Tina Manley & Greg Smiley.
There has been a great deal of interest in buying or leasing the totally renovated building by Bob Windsor Construction at 626 China Street in Oregon Hill. Bob will be handling the lease or sale ~ 804.690.2843 or bob@bobwindsor.net
Most importantly we would like to thank everyone for their support & patronage over the years. We were nothing without you.
We were lucky enough to have some of the greatest employees one could ever want. Just to name a few, Theresa Alford, Cathy Kavanagh & Jen Brooks, stand out amongst others.
Their talents & loyalty should sustain them in any future endeavors & we wish all, our best.
Please remember, if you still have the “jones” for that Pescados fare, head out to the original Pescados in Midlothian and see Tina, Greg or Pete.
