Yeah, I wondered about the yellow paper thing. I’d think that if someone spent all that time putting it there, it would be an art project. And yet it’s unlabeled and has never been cleaned up. So that’s weird.
Do you really believe we’re learning about neither art nor culture? Degustibus non est disputandem!
Is it any big surprise that VCU feels they can pave over this neighborhood? I think if the homeowners of these disgusting properties cleaned up their mess, VCU would treat Oregon Hill with a little more respect. Happy Holidays!!

Unless it was trash pick-up day, those trash cans are on the sidewalk illegally. They should get a fine for that from the city, right?
