Neighbor Charles Pool attended the special memorial ceremony today at the Va. War Memorial in honor of September 11th. It was a very moving celebration with a brass band, youth chorus, and guest speakers. He took these photos:

The magnificent setting of the War Memorial might be altered in the future if Venture Richmond receives a DCC rezoning for Tredegar Green that would allow them to build by right to 95 feet in height.
