Richmond Police were proud to join Richmond, VA – Mayor’s Office Dwight C. Jones, Councilman Parker Agelasto, Councilman Jon Baliles and several city residents this morning for a bike ride from Monroe Park to City Hall in honor of Bike to Work Day!
